Pre-registration forms received without payment or proof of payment will not be processed. In order to receive the benefit of pre-registration fees, all forms and payments must be received by the stated deadline of June 29, 2007. Credit card charges will be in $US. Registration Includes: A congress kit (finalized program, abstract book, Certificate of Attendance) and access to all scientific sessions, the exhibit hall, the opening ceremony, the welcome reception, the gala dinner, and food and beverages provided during lunches and coffee breaks. Guest Registration Includes: Access to the exhibit hall, the opening ceremony, the welcome reception, and the gala dinner. Children under 12 years of age cannot be registered as accompanying guests. Children of this age are permitted to attend social functions if accompanied by a registered adult, but only one child per registered adult can be admitted to each function. Children under 12 years are not permitted in the Exhibit/Session/Poster Halls at any time. CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE A Certificate of Attendance will be issued to every participant. Please note that Bank Cheques are not accepted due to high transaction fees. CANCELLATION POLICY If a registrant cancels before August 1, 2007, 75% of the amount paid will be reimbursed. No refunds will be made after this date.
